Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions
made in connection with the Buxtons website and
are set out below. Please read through these carefully.
Price/Payment
All prices are quoted as retail in pound sterling
and are inclusive of VAT
The price you pay is the price displayed on this
website at the time we receive your order. While
we try and ensure that all prices on our website
are accurate, if we discover an error in the price
of goods you have ordered we will inform you as
soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming
your order at the correct price or cancelling
it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat
the order as cancelled, If you cancel and have
already paid for the goods, you will receive a
full refund.
Payment can be made by any of the following methods
Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo.
Availability & Delivery
We do carry 'stock'furniture on some lines, however,
most items are 'To Order', with each manufacturer
giving us details of an approximate lead time.
We try to be as accurate as possible about order
durations at point-of-sale, however, there may
be slight changes to these times during the order
period- which are determined entirely by the individual
supplier. In such cases, we always try to keep
our customers well informed and updated.
If a stock item has been purchased and full payment
made our shop will refer details to our despatch
for delivery. Our warehouse will contact you regarding
delivery.
The delivery price of £15.00 is quoted as
delivery for all furniture and accessories to
the Brighton & Hove area and locations within
25 miles of Brighton. For deliveries over 25 miles
and to London a minimum charge of £50 applies.
If you wish us to clear old furniture then an
additional £15 charge will apply.
Our ‘Special Offers’ page is kept
as current as possible, however, due to the nature
of the page showing ‘One Only’ items,
customers may be advised when they make an enquiry
that an item is no longer available.
Right of Ownership
All goods shall remain the property of PH Buxton
& Sons Ltd until full and final payment is
made. Upon full and final payment legal title
of items shall pass to the purchaser.
Accuracy of description
All sizes and measurements are approximate but
we do try to make sure that they are as accurate
as possible. On the rare occasion that there is
an error we will advise you about it as soon as
possible.
